Pregnancy test ...: You might be pregnant - take a home test or see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test, especially if you normally have regular periods. If you're not pregnant you may have ovulated later than usual. If you are pregnant get checked out if the spotting continues - bleeding in early pregnancy does not always mean it's not a healthy pregnancy, but we want to be sure you don't have a tubal pregnancy.

Possible menses: The pink spotting may be the start of your menstrual cycle. There is also the possibility that you are pregnant and are having some spotting related to the pregnancy. Have a pregnancy test performed if there's any question.
