Dry eye: It is possible that an antibiotic can cause a change in the body the depletes fluid stores causing dryness in the eye. I would recommend going to the pharmacy and purchasing some over the counter artificial tears. You can use these 1-4x daily as needed to combat the symptoms of dryness.
