Headaches: I doubt if the sphenoid thickening is causing your headaches. Rather I would be more inclined to think that your status needs to be reevaluated. Your PVC's and or your tachycardia may be to blame.Discuss problem with a cardiologist perhaps for a clearer understanding of your problem
