Yes: Ibuprofen causes gi irritation and this can flare most intestinal issues. Although usually in small infrequent doses may be ok. For specific questions ask your doctor how much you can safely use. I hope all is well with you.

Gastric issues: Gastritis ( inflammation of mucosa) or gastric ulcer wil become worse with almost all NSAID.
