No issue unless: you suffer from what is now called AERD (aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease) which is often manifested by steroid-resistant asthma, nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis, there is no reason why you can't take NSAID. Do note that NSAID may irritate your stomach and cause more sodium retention (pedal edema)
