No: According to the national institutes of health, it is a myth that using apple cider vinegar, grapefruit juice. Etc. Before meals burns fats and contributes to weight loss. Loss weight by avoiding all processed sugars, flour, pasta, and rice. Eat a diet rich in vegetables and beans with plenty of fruits, nuts and whole grains. Add wild salmon and get healthy as well.
