Exercise helps in 2 : ways. 1st it burns calories, so it helps make up some 4 the sweets U may eat. However, if U eat more calories than U burn off, it will still B a problem. However, often when U exercise and realize how long it takes 2 burn the calories in a slice of cake, 4 instance, U may B more reluctant 2 binge on sweets and "waste" the benefits of the workout. Try eating fruit 2 satisfy your sweet tooth.

Could be opposite: Exercise may increase craving for sweets related to glucose, glycogen stores, and carbohydrate processing. However, the psychological benefits of exercise, like improved self esteem and more balanced emotional state, may help to make healthier choices around sugar/sweets intake.
