Sweet problem?: Addiction is a problem because you're not free to choose. When that happens, your life is less yours. So - that's the issue. A sweet (small to moderate portion) may be perfectly fine even every day. Obese or not, you need to be as healthy as you can. Having knee problems at your age means you need to lessen the demand on your legs by losing weight. Find a diet/exercise plan that allows a sweet.
