Probiotics/avoidance: You may have an intolerance to eggs and need to avoid them. You should be able to begin to not have symptoms with the green leafy vegetables by adding a daily probiotic to your regimen. Also if you are not used to a high fiber diet sometimes it takes the body a while to adjust to getting more fiber and can cause cramping and diarrhea until the body adjusts.
