Stable = good+/-.: Fullness means there is something more buldging/larger than expected in an area. Peri-hilar means the area where your bronchial tree in the lung area splits up into the different branches that go out to the lung. Therefore, you have a fullness of that area. Stable can be good, but what is the time frame? To be safe, check with the ordering doc to see if it needs further testing.
