Abnormal penis: If you're worried about skin changes of the penis that might look like lichen, it would be important to see a doctor as soon as you can so that the problem does not get worse. Keep the area clean, apply a protective ointment, don't scratch/masturbate and allow the skin to heal until you see a doctor. You may need a steroid cream.
