Probably not: Stories of SSRIs causing violence usually involve situations in which the people are not taking it; or are not taking enough of it; or have a condition for which it is inappropriately prescribed (such as bipolar disorder without a stabilizer). Otherwise, you can rest assured that it won't make you a mass murderer.
