Are you diabetic?: If diabetic and your blood sugars are not falling then you are eating incorrectly, and are not being followed as you should by your doctor. You need to bring this up immediately! meds can help (avoid sulfonoureas, if type 2)! all complications of diabetes are related to chronically high sugar!
