Gastroenteritis: There are many potential causes of this, but most commonly due to a virus (norovirus, rotavirus, enterovirus, etc.). These are self-limiting and should clear within 3-5 days generally. If your symptoms persist longer than this and are not improving it might be prudent to see your family doctor. Good luck.

Good evening, On Saturday I was feeling very dizzy, and after feeling like that I started vomiting and running stomach, it stopped on Sunday. Now from Monday to taday my body is painful and weak. On the evenings I feel cold kind of fever, but mild.
