Exam!: Viruses, bacteria, parasites, medications, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease & celiac disease are among the many possible causes of the symptoms which you have described. Diarrhea can cause dehydration which can be life-threatening so make certain you are well hydrated. And I strongly encourage you to go to a medical clinic for a complete exam. I wish you well with your health!

Time to see doctor: Sounds too much for home care. (IF ONLY slight or mild nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, it may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, usually healthy, not on medications, should recover easily. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, and drinking or eating little else for one day, may settle things down.)
