Acne care: Acne can be prevented or minimized by using a gentle cleanser twice daily, over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products followed by a noncomedogenic moisturizer such as Cetaphil. Oral antibiotics or other prescription medications may be in order.

Develop a plan: Don't expect it to disappear soon with your creams or a special treatment. Some will fight with acne well into their 30's or beyond. You need to develop a skin care plan based on washes and applications that improves your skin. See your doc or a dermatologist if needed to get a good plan. Then stick with it.
