Stop doing this: And get seen by a competent physician. Don't try to alter your natural skin color or you risk disfiguring yourself. Hyper pigmentation by alkapton and other biprodycts is a serious risk. Manage your acne with benzoyl peroxide until you can get seen. In the US, where world trends usually begin, skin color means nothing and physical fitness means everything. Hit the gym and be proud of your genes.

SkinLite cream: contains hydroquinone, a bleaching agent, along with some Retin-A and corticosteroid. It is intended to lighten the skin and treat hyperpigmentation. Irritation is one of the side effects..perhaps the pimples and blackheads are related to its use. My guess is your skin didn't actually darken when you stopped using it, but just looked darler compared to when you were bleaching. See Dermatologist.
