No: Blisters can be caused by accidental biting of numb tissues and a host of other things. Go back to your treating dentist and have them look at it to see if subsequent treatment is appropriate.

Yes and no: The white plaque may simply be healing tissue or dead tissue sloughing off. The blisters are another matter. Without examination , it is hard to say. You might have placed gauze in and out too many times and pulled away the top layer of healthy tissue. Best to see the Oral Surgeon who treated you for a follow-up visit to diagnose and treat these concerns. Easy warm salt water rinses. Good Luck.

Can be.: the blisters are usually from the trauma of the sutures or holding out the cheeks or gums assuming they reflected a flap (cut the gums back to expose the teeth).healing usually goes from red and blood to blue or bruised to whit/yellow until it heals which goes back to red and then pink. This is all natural in the bodies process of healing. Using a warm salt water rinse or peridex (chlorhexidine gluconate) will help

Not uncommon: This lesion can be caused by many things. Most of the times this happens after a trauma or canker sores.Regardless, ulcers and canker sores are usually painful, but only last from 7 to 14 days. Good luck.
