Periodontitis?: From your post, it appears that your gums are receding. Without any other info to go on, the best advice i can give you is to have a local periodontist evaluate your condition and try to stabilize the bone loss to help prevent tooth loss. Can't tell if the problem is limited to your front teeth or to your entire dentition, but professional care is mandatory.

Unfortunately: Unfortunately gum (and bone) does not grow back spontaneously. You really need to see a periodontist for management. Ask your dentist for a referral.
