Got tattoo on ankle years before developing mild lymphedema in that same foot/ankle. would removing that tattoo help or harm the lymphedema?

Harm : I would not mess with ankle that has lymphadema. It can lead to open wounds that very hard to heal. Using compression stockings, and addressing the cause of lymphadema would be more beneficial.
