I have echographic strutures around my legfe ovary. i have 2 small cysts as well. 3 months ago i had a 15cm endometric cyst taken out. is this ok?

Probably: If the ehogenic structures are on the same side that the 15cm endometrioma was removed it is likely they are post-surgical changes. Sometimes a f/u ultrasound in 3 -6 months is helpful to see if they are stable. Best wishes!
