Cyst: An endometrial cyst involves the development of one of the ovaries with endometrial tissue. This is also known as a "chocolate cyst" as it looks like chocolate when viewed directly with endoscopy. The description is what the cyst looks on ultrasound the term "unilocular cyst with homogenous low level echoes" describes the cystic part which is a follicle on the ovary evveloped by endomterial tissue
