Febrile seizures: are associated with high fevers. If your daughter had a seizure in the absence of fever, it may be more concerning. However, there are bacterial infections that can cause seizures and vomiting and diarrhea, like shigella, but shigella is often associated with blood in the stools and fever. Your doctor might want to run some tests to see what else might be contributing to your daughter's seizure
