So sorry!: Sounds like you've been through a lot. Not sure what your question is, but sometimes antibiotics can change the normal bacteria in your gut to cause diarrhea or even ironically infections (something called C. difficile colitis). I am not sure where the seizure comes it, but would recommend sticking with your doctors and staying in close communication with them. Good luck!
