Wellbutrin (bupropion): While I have seen many, many patients over the years on anti-depressant medications, the one I have seen with the poorest response is wellbutrin (bupropion). Other ssri's or nssri's seem to be more effective - at least in my professional observations.

Not shown by data: The meta-analysis my michael thase at penn suggests equal efficacy of bupropion with ssris. The rcts comparing bupropion with ssris sponsored by various companies also showed comparable efficacy.
