T6-7 disc: NO - not every disc require surgery, least of all Thoracic discs. One never does surgery based on what the MRI shows alone. You need a full evaluation. There are many minimally invasive options that needs to be tried first before any surgical option is considered. Also do not forget the possibility of Stem Cells being used.
