Diagnosis: The symptoms are very unusual. If you have no hearing loss, drainage or vertigo, it may not be your ears. TMD is a common entity often misdiagnosed by primary care physicians, but it the second most common cause of ear pain in the absence of ear disease. This pain can be related to the jaw muscles. See an ENT doctor for a proper diagnosis.
