I've been having pain and discomfort in my right ear and my right side of my head feels with pressure and hurts when i bend down to reach for things.

Eustachian problem: The eustachian tube's purpose is to allow air to pass freely between the throat and the middle ear. When this tube gets blocked by a cold virus or allergy, then air can't get into the ear and pressure or even pain results. In kids this often lead to infection but that's much less common in adults. Only time will make this better. If not improved in 2-4 weeks, or if pain is severe, see a doctor
