i have no flu sympts at all. but i have a pain behind right ear and down neck. comes and goes during day. hurts when i touch it or turn head to right.

Muscle pain: this is typical muscle pain.. Please use Tylenol (acetaminophen) if your liver is Norma and use ibuprofen if your kidneys are normal and no history of stomach ulcer.. Massage should also help
