Sinusitus or Meniere: 2 things come to mind - sinus infections and menieres disease which would both be dianosed and treated by an ear, nose & throat specialist. Menieres disease often has ringing in the ears but the pressure could also be from sinuses. It might also be dental abscesses if any of your teeth are in bad condition. Without a full exam it is not possible to tell for certain what is causing this.

Ringing ear: Could be many things but whenever you have a symptom like ringing in just one ear you want to get your hearing tested asap as well as possibly getting an MRI of the brain/inner ear to look for benign growths called acoustic neuromas.
