Should i be concerned if occasionally when i have a bowel movement( mine are shaped like balls) it looks like a very thin tail attached to one.

Constipated?: Small hard bowel movements, (Bristol 1 stools) are a sign of mild constipation, you should probably increase your fiber and water intake. If the "tail" looks wormlike this could be a sign of a tapeworm.
