Vasomotor rhinitis: There are many of us who have a nose that is quite sensitive to temperature changes & other environmental issues. Going from a warm home into the cold can trigger a nose-leak process called vasomotor rhinitis. The leaking turns on outside but stops over time if you go back indoors. I consider it benign but there may be other issues to rule out during a visit.
