Sounds normal : The hematoma that is deep usually makes more appearance at the skin over 2 to 3 days and over the next week may spread out over the area depending on loose skin and dermis and gravity affects of the areas. Hope this helps and you continue to improve if the area increases pain or warmth and reddness you need to be seen for possible infection.
