Probably: Your knee complaints started after trauma. It would be advisable to see an MD to rule out a fracture if there is history of osteoporosis. Most likely you could have potentially rattled up any preexisting arthritis that u had in the knee. If your range of motion is limited (Especially knee flexion) then this could be consistent with knee arthritis. NSAID, ICE and therapy should be considered.
