Lt neck pain on Abx: Call you doctor immediately this AM and let them know. Usually with in 48 hours of antibiotic initiation it gets better , if that is not the case you either need a change in antibiotic or better yet should get a CT scan to see if there is an abscess that needs to be drained because an abscess will not improve unless drained and the neck is important are. if doc does not answer GO TO ER today,
