For vertigo: Many medical providers may be able to treat vertigo. It is not a purely neurological condition. Sometimes neurologists help assess whether the vertigo arises from the brain or the inner ear. They often recommend treatment with vestibular exercises, and sometimes diet changes and medicine treatments when needed.
