A description of the type of dizziness is needed to advise you. Lightheadedness or vertigo? Worse with head or body movements? Worse on standing? History of high or low BP? Anemia? Slow,rapid or irregular pulse? Visual disturbance? If positional vertigo see a neurootolaryngologist at a university hospital. . Otherwise I recommend consulting a specialist in internal medicine for a workup.

As Dr Colantino expresses, the etiology of dizziness can range over several causes including medication rxtn, dehydration, thyroid problems, blood pressure drops, but also vascular flow impairment, and inner ear issues. Normal exam on one occasion does not exclude underlying pathology. Get a second opinion.
