Depends: Good range unless you are symptomatic upon standing. This will change when over age of 65 when you should aim for systolic of at or above 120 due to increased risk of falls and subsequent morbidity and mortality. For now yes it's likely fine. I would ask your treating neurologist or PCP what goal BP you should have.
