Likely normal: To have hypertension it should be measured on different days at different times. If you repeatably measure it it will likely go up. The numbers are not alarming but should discuss with your doctor if your are concerned.

BP: Your blood pressure is OK. Everyone has variation . Hypertension is defined as BP > 140 /90 so you are within limits.
