No.: Eclampsia occurs during pregnancy, not afterward. New onset seizures requires investigation, including brain imaging (e.g., MRI). Rarely adrenal tumors can cause wildly fluctuating blood pressure. You need thorough medical assessment.

Post partum preeclampsia has been reported up to six weeks after delivery but 4 months would be too long an interval for this to be pregnancy related. I agree that the possibility of other causes for your high blood pressure and seizure should be considered.
