Mole: it depends. if it was a superficial growth it may not come back.

It may not be a mole: You can not remove mole by waxing as they are part of the skin , needs to cut into skin to remove , most likely you have some thing on surface of skin , like keratosis. Any thing removed need biopsy to make sure is not melanoma ( skin cancer ) Show to your doctor
