My blood pressure averages 135 over 95 during the day. in the morning is is usually 154 over 108. i am on 30 mg of lisinopril. i don't know what yo do?

Hypertension: Patients often require more than 1 anti-hypertensive medication to bring the blood pressure under good control. Other things, such as your sodium intake and obesity, will also contribute to high BP. I would recommend you to see a primary care physician to have your BP meds optimized. There are combo pills (e.g. lisinopril + diuretic) that could improve BP control w/o increasing # of daily meds.
