Food: Often the best way to get baby to eat healthy, is to be sneaky. This means take the things that she doesn't like and mix them in with things that she does like. This also works for giving baby medications that she doesn't like. Again, put them in food she likes and you'll have all bases covered.

Keep trying: It takes an average if 12 tries of a new food for a baby to decide she likes it! Keep offering it. But don't make a big deal if it's refused. And sneaking it into other foods may help her become accustomed to the flavour a little faster.

Keep offering an: array of options. Research shows that kids will eat a balanced diet if you make sure there is a mix of all the major food groups. Don't turn it into a battle, just keep having her try things. Some kids are more sensitive to some smells and tastes. If she is tasting I would not worry.
