Follow up xray: It means that there is something slightly irregular in the upper part (apex) or your lung. The apical view just gives the radiologist a better way to look at the upper part of your lung. Just have the follow up xray and then they can tell you if there is anything to worry about or not.

Need to take another: Look at the lungs. The patient is instructed to stand in a particular manner and the Xray is taken to view the Apices of the Lung to check for pathology
