Emergency Drpartment: She sounds dehydrated. Without knowing her age and other ailments, it is tough to say what is going on. Urgent care may not be able to provide the IV fluids that she will probably need.

Possible hypoglycemi: Low blood sugar can cause these symptoms. Reactive Hypoglycemia can result from eating carbohydrates which raises the blood sugar which then causes a release of insulin which,in some cases,lowers the blood sugar too low bringing on the symptoms mentioned above.Blood testing can diagnose hypoglycemia at the time of symptoms or a few hours after eating a carbohydrate load. Discuss with your MD.
