Non-specific: You are articulating very non-specific symptoms. The high-risk / scary things doctors always are concerned about including heart attacks and blood clots to your lungs. It could be as simple as a musculoskeletal issue. There is no way to determine this. If frightening you, you can always present to an urgent care or even an emergency room. The safe medicolegal answer is to go to the ER

Pain: Many possibilities but the common two include some type of muscle aggravation or a pinched nerve. Is there a rash? Can you make it better or worse with movement of your arm? Is your arm swollen? Ay shortness of breath?
