Non-specific: You are articulating very non-specific symptoms. The high-risk / scary things doctors always are concerned about including heart attacks and blood clots to your lungs. Pain: Many possibilities but the common two include some type of muscle aggravation or a pinched nerve. Is there a rash? Can you make it better or worse with movement of your arm? Is your arm swollen? Ay shortness of breath?
