Several things: Many questions need to be answered in order to try and help sort out what might be causing this temporal headache. How often do you have these symptoms? Are there any other associated symptoms? Best to see your doctor for evaluation in order to try and determine the cause of your symptoms.possible causes too numerous to list here.
