Was there a trigger; anything causing the headache? Sinus involvement and constipation can cause headaches and dehydration can be a major cause. And how are your eyes?; Visual changes can lead to headache. Your family doctor can help you sort this out.

I get these headaches almost everyday,they are around my temples and forehead. They only last for 10-20 minutes but come back alot during the day. I know you wont know for sure if you have a tumor without proper scans but are those headaches a sign?
Should i be worried or concerned? Last night at approximately 3:00 am i woke from a deep sleep with a severe headache ranging from my forehead & temples all the way to the back of my head. The pain was so severe i couldnt stop crying and holding my head.
