Utterly unclear: Do you mean your Achilles t e n d o n ? One or both? What does "bothering" mean? How long is a while? Tingling and numbness where? When was "today"? Your post suffers from a dearth of detail and a paucity of specificity. Please repost.

Achilles Heal....: You symptoms usually indicate that the nerve(s) that relay the sensory impulses have been compromised. Possibly by compressing the nerve, as in an impact injury or by stretching the nerve, as in a twisting or stretching injury. Either way, there is no way of telling if the Achilles tendon has also been involved without a hands on evaluation. Thank you for using HealthTap.
