Need tests: Probably pressure on the nerves supplying that part of the leg which is numb. See a doctor who can order the tests to make the diagnosis. Does not have features of stroke.

Although not feasible to be precise, the description seems to fit problems in the lumbosacral spine, not a stroke. Yet, the changes need attention. Contact your doctor and get re-examined.
